Always reliable programs

This is my third program from Memberstennisfitness, I've done the Junior Tennis Fitness and now the Off-Season Training Plan. Each time, the content is super high quality and really helps my game. I like that I can access everything on my phone and it's always available. The consistency is great, I know what to expect and they always deliver. It's why I keep coming back instead of trying other sites. The programs are challenging but also designed smart so I don't feel overwhelmed.

Good workout, easy to follow

I got the Tennis Strength and Conditioning Program a few weeks ago, just wanted to try something new. It was pretty easy to get started after I bought it, the instructions were clear enough. I used it on my tablet which worked fine. The workouts were tough but felt good, not too crazy. I'm usually not super into fitness programs but this one made sense for tennis. It took about three days for the access email to come through, which was a little slow but not a huge deal.

Effective tennis drills

Bought the Tennis Footwork Drills. Access was quick. Drills improved my court movement. Good value. Will check out more programs later.

Boosted my serve power!

I just finished the Serve Power Program and wow, what a difference! My serve feels so much stronger and more consistent already. The drills were really well explained and I could do most of them at home with just a few bands. I'm telling all my tennis buddies about this place. Definitely coming back for more programs soon!

Is this a one-time payment or do you get billed monthly forever? Not really into subscriptions right now.

D Dan 1 month ago
It can be either, depending on what you buy. Some programs are one-time access, others are subscriptions. If you get an annual plan, you save some cash.

You can usually choose. Just check the product page, it'll tell you if it's a subscription or a one-off purchase.

Anyone know if they offer a student discount? I'm a college player trying to stay fit but budgets are tight lol.

G Greg D. 1 month ago
I'm pretty sure they do! I remember seeing something about a student athlete discount in their FAQs. Might need to verify with your student ID or something.

Yeah, I think I've seen that mentioned. Also check for a coach referral discount, sometimes coaches have codes that help students out.

Hey, thinking about signing up for one of the tennis programs. Do they ever have sales? Like, should I wait for a holiday or something?

M Mia Osei 1 month ago
Yeah, definitely. I got my annual plan during a Black Friday deal last year, saved a good chunk. They usually have stuff around major tennis tournaments too, like the Slams.

I think I saw something about seasonal launches having discounts, usually 15-30% off. Keep an eye out around January, March, May, or November.

Just wondering if anyone's tried their programs versus something like Top Court or Feel Tennis? Trying to decide which one to go with for off-season.

K Kevin C. 1 month ago
I've used both Members Tennis Fitness and Top Court. Members is way more focused on the actual physical conditioning side, like strength, agility, injury prevention. Top Court is more about stroke technique with pro players.

Feel Tennis is cool for general tips, but Members is super specific. The drills and workouts are really tailored for tennis movements. I found it made a bigger difference for my on-court performance.
